In order to assure you of superior quality, your residential or private commercial roof completed by Capital Roofing Solutions is guaranteed not to leak for the life of the roof as determined by the manufacturer. This warranty is limited to workmanship and is transferable one time. Any defects in the roofing materials themselves are guaranteed by the manufacturer and not by Capital Roofing Solutions.
Capital Roofing Solutions will not be liable for roof or structural damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to ice damage, hailstorms, and foreign objects. In addition, any fungus, bacteria, infestation, UV degradation, rust or corrosion resulting in metal or wood decay will not be covered. This warranty is in lieu of all other express and implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and is limited to the duration of this warranty. Capital Roofing Solutions shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages of any form. This includes damage to the interior or exterior of any building or replacement not authorized in writing or performed by Capital Roofing Solutions. Any roof repairs not done by Capital Roofing Solutions will void this warranty as we cannot guarantee any other company’s workmanship or quality. The property must also have proper ventilation according to manufacturers specifications to qualify for the guarantee.
The roof must be inspected and properly maintained with a regular and documented maintenance at least every 6 months or warranty may be voided. If a defect in workmanship appears and is reported to Capital Roofing Solutions within 7 days in writing, Capital Roofing Solutions will inspect the affected areas and make any necessary repairs to the roof. Wood, Masonite, brick, metal, drywall, insulation and all other substrates are not covered by this warranty.
